Love is just a dream
shared between two people
and at times
may seem to be a game,
But, in the long run
there can be no winner
just fulfilling lives together
with a touch of pain.
Written by Tanja Nikolic in 9th grade (while daydreaming during typing class). Won a poetry award and was published '78 that same year of high school. Wow that was a long time ago and I still remember it!
