Lunch in Paris

I have to admit I have not been inspired in a while and thus have not posted much of late.
But...
My friend just passed this book onto me. Wow I loved it!
Thanks Jennifer!

Every page was delicious and colorful. Felt as if I were there. I was inspired and so was my palette.
(side effect - makes you very hungry for beautiful sensual quality food and Paris)

Wonderful. I highly suggest the read.

My favorite Recipe is: Gwendal's Quick and Dirty Chocolate Souffle Cake.

If anyone has the recipe for Yanig's Pastilla, (flaky, buttery phyllo, stuffed with deboned pigeon, crushed almonds, cinnamon and sugar) please pass it on.
