Day Two - Morning Light

Last night I lay in bed thinking or even dreaming of all the great things I could do today, make some art, experience a new place, quiet contemplation, even if it's in my car. My visions were very articulate and detailed at first and slowly they became quite abstract until I was out like a light.  I thought about making a vase with my daughter out of straw like materials, seemed cool. Now in the morning light of reality "What straw?", so I am on to the next idea, tbd.

Today like many other days will be filled with work related activities. Generally creative stuff by most definitions. Some meetings and errands. Hopefully a good cup of coffee and a chat with a friend would be nice. This is the small stuff that is totally rejuvenating for me. Later it will be picking up the kids, basketball practice, homework, dinner, reading and finally bedtime.

So what will be the creative outlet for me today...hmmm.
I do not know right now and that is just fine.
I think the key is finding that inspiration in the little moments of your day and maybe just simply being aware when you are in it.

Tip - seek out nature
Nature helps me connect, so I am taking our dog Bella for a walk, yes it is not the nicest day of the year, but who knows what we will discover.
